Pharmacovigilance is the science and practice of monitoring the safety of medicines. Lycus Pharma Pvt. Ltd., on behalf of Zuri Pharma, supports responsible reporting and evaluation of suspected adverse events related to products in our range.
2. Our Responsibility
Patient safety is a priority. We encourage healthcare professionals, partners, and consumers to report any suspected adverse drug reactions or product quality concerns so that appropriate action can be taken.
3. What to Report
Please report if you become aware of:
- Suspected adverse reactions after product use
- Unexpected side effects or lack of expected therapeutic effect
- Product quality issues such as damaged packaging, incorrect labelling, or suspected contamination
- Medication errors or misuse that may affect safety
4. How to Report
When reporting, please include as much detail as possible: product name, batch/lot number (if available), description of the event, patient information (age/gender without unnecessary identifiers), and your contact details.
